Step 1

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

We will prepare a draft of the Agreement and send it to you for your review. Both Parties (the licensor and the licensee), along with two witnesses, must have an Aadhaar and PAN Card as per Government norms.

Step 2

BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION

Once you have approved the leave and license agreement draft, we will schedule an appointment for the registration of the leave and license agreement at your premises. Our executive will visit your home on the scheduled day and time and the biometric registration will be done at home for both parties (the licensor and the licensee).

Step 3

PAYING GOVERNMENT FEE & APPROVAL BY REGISTRAR

The Stamp Duty and Registration Fee are calculated according to rent, time period and security deposit. They are then submitted for Registrar approval. After the agreement is submitted online and the biometric scans and photos are taken, it usually takes 4-5 working days for the Sub-Registrar to approve it.
